2. Mandatory Pre-Shipment 4K Video Sign-off
To eliminate any ambiguity or post-delivery surprises, no parcel is ever packaged or dispatched without the customer's explicit written approval:
- Prior to sealing the box, our atelier produces a comprehensive 4K video showing all angles, corners, interior hot-stamps, blind date stamps, zipper smoothness, and hardware engravings.
- If the client identifies any aesthetic deviation from expectations, the atelier will adjust, recraft, or replace the item free of charge before shipment.
- Dispatch occurs only when the customer replies with approval on WhatsApp.
3. Zero Customs Risk & Free Reship Pledge
International shipping can occasionally face customs delays. We bear full financial responsibility for customs clearance:
- All orders travel through dedicated duty-free triangular forwarding hubs to prevent customs scrutiny.
- In the rare event (less than 0.2%) that a parcel is confiscated, inspected, or delayed past 14 business days, FG LUXE guarantees an immediate 100% free re-shipment at zero extra cost.
4. Pricing & Commission Procedure
Quoted prices include individual master hand-crafting, complete luxury packaging (box, dustbag, ribbon, authenticity card, clochette, lock & keys where applicable), and priority express triangle shipping. There are no hidden fees, customs duties, or unexpected courier surcharges.
5. Replacement & Atelier Support
In the unlikely event that your bag arrives with transit damage or mechanical hardware failure, notify your concierge within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or replacement hardware parts immediately.
